Ready-to-Wear Returns
- Return Window: 14 days
For ready-to-wear items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. - Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of alterations or damage.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return label if applicable.
Exchanges
- Eligible Items: Ready-to-wear items can be exchanged for a different size or color, based on availability.
- Exchange Window: Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Process: To arrange an exchange, reach out to our Customer Support team with your order details, and we’ll help you find the perfect replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that bespoke and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature. However, we offer complimentary adjustments on bespoke items within the first 30 days to ensure a perfect fit.
Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made in your order.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Receive Return Label: We’ll provide a prepaid return label (if applicable) and instructions for sending your item back to us.
